Our team has been building and improving websites since 1995 and worked on projects of all sizes. All our work is carried out in-house and we never outsource your work to 3rd parties. Meaning you always have direct access to the person doing the work and can talk to them directly.

Who We Are

We’re a full-service digital agency based in Chorley, Lancashire. Working in website design, branding, SEO, PPC, training and web development, we’ll be sure to help you out!

Darren Bentham

Darren is the brains behind the business. He’s spent over 20 years in web design, development and the Online Marketing industry. Primarily working with web development, Darren is also skilled in analytics, SEO & training.

Billy Martin

Billy is our Online Marketing specialist, and is a fully qualified Google Professional in both Google Analytics and Adwords, helping us gain Google partner status. Billy spends many hours each month on SEO, PPC and social media marketing projects.

Slawa Rusin

Slawa is our graphic designer, creating bespoke logos, images, banners, social media posts, videos and animation. She’s got a keen eye for detail and is constantly improving her skills when creating animated graphics.

Jack Cawthra

Jack is our junior web developer, with past experience in web technology, CSS, JavaScript, and other coding languages. With the help of Kyle, Jack is currently studying PHP and is quickly grasping creating custom web app projects.

Connor Stevens

Connor is our junior web designer and content writer, currently learning CSS. He has a background in content creation and is settling into the team at Interact, helping with styling website pages and writing blogs for our clients.

Matt Taylor-Wakeman

Matt Taylor-Wakeman

Matt joined us in 2021 to help us develop our AI product offerings.  Earning a degree in software development at Uni at the same, Matt has taken to all things AI like a duck to water.

Debbie Dog

Debbie is a crucial, loving and fun member of the team here at Interact IT responsible for brightening up the office. Debbie is in charge of very important tasks such as chasing tennis balls as well as greeting clients with a friendly hello.

1. First we talk about your objectives

The aim of our first meeting isn’t to impress you with technical jargon, but to talk in plain English about what you want to achieve. This comes from your own objectives, budget and timelines, and our experience.

2. Then we look at any data available

Analysing the data that you have at your disposable helps to determine how Google categorises your website, how people are currently interacting with you, what realistic targets you should be seeing & how it can be improved.

3. Before

Once there is an understanding of what needs to be done, we can roadmap a plan of action that will help achieve the targets we have agreed to, strategising the content and platforms at our disposal.

4. Finally appraising of the results

Once we have made changes it is time to appraise the effect these have had! Testing, monitoring and analysing results help us understand what works, what doesn’t and what we should be focusing on.
