The Brief
ACTQMS are a company that provides ISO consultation for companies across the North West who came to see us and talk about marketing to promote their website online.
The website was relatively new but did not deliver any tangible results from visitors. Peter (the business owner), was wanting to understand why and what could be done about that.
Strategy
Upon analysis of the website, it was identified that a new design would be beneficial due to the structure and issues around the existing website. This new design would have the best practices woven through at the start, allowing us to build from a solid foundation and impress a quality-looking website – and subsequent service – to website visitors.
Alongside a new website design and structure, we wanted to introduce and revamp the Social media pages and presence to promote the site where potential customers are spending their time.
Approach
Reproducing the website using the WordPress framework works best as it is easy to update, manage and comes with great features out of the box.
We introduced a new design that made the navigation simple to understand and standard across the entire website, so there was no duplication in content and visitors could easily find there way around.
In terms of social media, we created accounts on the main platforms – Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram so that even if not used, others can’t claim the branding name. With social media in place we could then concentrate on increasing followers and fans and pushing content out across these platforms to get more traction in terms of site visitors.
