Digital Content & Social Media Specialist

The Role We are looking for a creative and organised Digital Content & Social Media Specialist to join our in-house team. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role where you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of digital content and marketing campaigns across a diverse range of business sectors.
You will be the bridge between our clients' goals and the content that brings them to life. Whether you are planning a multi-channel marketing campaign or designing a quick social media banner, you will ensure every piece of content is strategic, engaging, and aligned with the client's brand and needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy & Planning: Liaise directly with clients to discuss their business goals, suggesting and planning comprehensive content strategies.
  • Social Media Management: Plan and produce engaging social media posts, graphics, and banners across various platforms.
  • Content Creation: Write high-quality blog posts, articles, FAQs, and newsletters tailored to different audiences and industries.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee marketing campaigns from initial concept through to delivery.
  • Client Liaison: Confidently manage multiple client accounts, providing regular updates and discussing performance and future ideas.
Skills & Experience Required
  • Agency Experience: It is essential that you have previously worked in a digital agency environment. You must be comfortable managing multiple clients simultaneously and switching between different business sectors.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are vital. You should be comfortable leading client meetings and presenting your ideas clearly.
  • Creativity: A keen eye for design and a talent for storytelling through both words and visuals.
  • Self-Starter: The ability to work independently while remaining a core part of a collaborative team.

Pay:£29,000 per annum
Holidays:26 days plus bank holidays
Hours:Monday to Friday, 9 – 5 (30 minute lunch break)
